Noah showed disrespect when I rented a VRBO. As a result i stopped using VRBO and strictly use Airbnb now.

The electricity in the VRBO house tripped but Noah and his staff did not respond. To continue working remotely, I finally had to locate an old electric box in a dark back yard to reset unlabeled circuit breaker. I am 75 so i felt physically endangered..

I called Noah and he said I should have rented a better place from him. He would not give me the property owners name. He knew I wanted to complain about him.

He gave a poor response to me, a paying customer, and had an arrogant attitude. Nosh wants to climb the corporate ladder without providing service. He does not about customers but he is a slick talker.

I feel sorry I was unable to let the property owner know she has a lousy property manager.
