Terrible experience at harbor village. Have not had a working dishwasher since moving in over five months ago. All work orders submitted have been ignored. The dishwasher is now full of mold. There has also been a hole in the ceiling with exposed wires hanging out that was supposed to be fixed at move in, but never was. Karl the manager completely ignores my communication about these issues. In 20 years of living in apartments, this is the worst experience I've had.

Harbor Village is the ideal destination to be in Wakefield. Our apartment is clean, updated, and a perfect location just minutes from multiple beaches. As a dog friendly residence, Harbor Village was warm and welcoming to not only us but our dog as well. Our apartment is quiet, has lots of natural light, and is the most inviting place we could have landed here in Rhode Island. Krystlyn and Karl were warm and welcoming through the process of moving, and we're so grateful to be down here! Thank you Harbor Village!

The maintenance team at Harbor Village is quick and thorough. My thermostat broke couple months ago and they fixed it within hours of when I notified the front office. The apartments are very large with a good amount of storage space. I have been enjoying my time here so far.

The 24-hour gym here is a huge perk for me. Equipped with solid machines like treadmills and weights that save me from paying for a gym membership. The staff is helpful too. Renewing my lease was an easy choice

If you enjoy the beach, you will love living at Harbour Village Apartments. Very close to some of New England's most gorgeous beaches. I made the finest decision by moving here.

I have been very happy with the entire rental process. I lived here for several years, moved to Florida and am now coming back. I started looking at Harbor Village last June and in the process have dealt with both Karl and Tiffany. They have both been extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. My phone calls were always answered or returned when I left a voice message. I was always treated respectfully no matter how trivial my issue may have been. I look forward to being here for many years.

Rented here from 2019-2021, and by the sounds of it, things haven't changed since my roommate and I left. The apartment itself was fantastic. Great layout, brand new kitchen with granite countertops, crown molding. Location near Narragansett was nice but a little far from work. Walking distance to my favorite restaurant (Trattoria Romana).

And yet, despite all the great things about here, management was borderline non-existent. Even before the pandemic, we had to jump through hoops to get maintenance when needed. And this is after giving them time to respond. Having rented from now 5 different luxury apartment communities in Rhode Island, this one stands out for lack of communication. The most significant maintenance issue was when the (new) refrigerator stopped working 3 months after moving in. It took 3 weeks to get that addressed. No communication unless we asked, and good luck reaching them by phone. We had to go to the maintenance office to find out if they even knew we had a broken fridge. And the line out the door in the morning said it all. Another tenant had been waiting for several weeks to get a new dryer. This experience left us worried that if another appliance went, or if A/C stopped working, that we would be left high and dry.

We left in summer of 2021, and the leasing office was still closed to everyone from when they shut it in the pandemic. I honestly have no clue how someone gets something urgent done now. Seeing how some of the stairs were in disrepair and seeing pooling water in the breezeway of the next building (an area that is supposed to be dry, given that it hadn't rained that day at all) gave further impression that current management was simply running this place into the ground. And it really is a shame since the units are very nice and spacious.

I would not consider renting from here again, nor would I recommend it, until management gets their act together.

Karl and Tiffany at Harbor Village are absolutely exceptional to work with! Over the past two years, my experience living in the complex has been nothing short of outstanding. The team consistently exceeds expectations, demonstrating remarkable responsiveness and dedication to addressing any concerns promptly. Recently, I needed to relocate and moved out of the residence, and the entire process, working with Karl, was seamless and beyond efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone searching in the area, I loved my space! They offer spacious and stunning accommodations! A heartfelt thank you to Karl, Tiffany and the exceptional team for providing such an outstanding experience for the last two years!
