I have been working with Stephan Schnaiter from Hanover Mortgage since April prior to selling our home in Minnesota. He has been terrific. He is a very easygoing and honest man to deal with. There was zero pressure from him on any issue that came up. My situation got a little complicated due to an ex-wife and the property I gave her in the settlement. It got resolved quickly. He was very calm, laid back, and proactive, which really helps during the normal insanity of buying a home. I highly recommend Stephan Schnaiter for your mortgage process.
