Crystal was absolutely amazing to work with! We were relocating from the west coast to Summerville and Crystal and the entire Hampton Homes team was great from the start, setting us up for success remotely so that when we arrived in person to review homes, we already had a great list of options. We were able to select a home and put an offer in on that first visit. We ended up putting an offer in on an almost completed new home. Unfortunately after the inspection and new home orientation walk, there was a water leak that significantly affected our ability to close on time. This all started while we were still remote Crystal was on site taking video and advocating on our behalf within the hour! She continued to check on the progress and coordinating with the builder, keeping us informed all along the way. Her attention to detail and proactive approach to all of the issues and helping to find resolutions really helped us keep things in perspective and remain positive. I really can't imagine that there is anyone better to work with! I cannot recommend this team enough! So incredibly happy with our experience at Hampton Homes!

Hampton Homes..fantastic to work with! Kylie and Crystal maintained great communication throughout the entire process and answered EVERY question we had. They went above and beyond by taking thorough videos (we were not in the relocation area) and even showed us videos of the drives into and out of the subdivisions. When it came time to close, Crystal shined. She went to bat for us and was a true representative on our behalf. Even after closing, they are still in communication with us and making sure any loose ends are tied and are helping solve any issues that arise with our new build. The process was seamless and my wife and I truly enjoyed working with the Hampton Homes team. Thank you Kylie and Crystal! This is not a paid review - good work just deserves high praise
