I recently worked with Guy on the purchase of my new home. I had a unique financial situation to which I thought there was no way I was going to be able to get approved for this house. Guy was able to access many resources for self-employed individuals and thankfully got me into my new home. He consistently worked on the loan approval process for a quick and smooth closing. Trust in Guy!! The process of buying a home is very stressful and scary, especially your first as my wife and I recently experienced. Luckily, we had Guy Campbell helping us through the process every step of the way and I mean literally every step of the way. Guy always made himself available to answer any questions, especially when it came to signing documents, locking in our interest rate, and going over financial numbers over and over again with me to ensure everything was correct. I think I had him on the phone for over an hour towards the end of our process double checking the closing documents and crunching the numbers to ensure everything was accurate and to budget out our closing costs. My wife and I couldn't imagine what the process of buying our home would have been like without Guy Campbell. I wouldn't use anyone else for my purchase and all programs available.
