Dave and team were great to work with through my first closing experience! While putting in offers, they provided prompt replies with preapproval letters for me to submit with my offer. Once I had an accepted offer, they got me to closing in 3 weeks! Throughout the process Brianna communicated with me about how my loan was progressing and answered any questions that came up. As a first-time buyer, I used the broker recommended by my realtor because I didn't know anyone else.
