I loved working with the Guild Mortgage company as they were accessible to get ahold of so the sense of urgency was satisfied. The representatives were knowledgeable and so nice to work with. They made the process simplified and kept me up to date on the status of which process the loan application was in. The even had coverage for representatives that were on vacation who shared the same knowledge so you were not left second guessing the process. They are very upfront with all the details and answers all questions on the spot.
