I wouldn’t base a place of rental due to your personal grudges because we are able to be blessed with a place to live.
God gave us the opportunity to have a place to grow into and this company was guided to us by the spirit of the Lord.

So I recommend this company due to the diligence in their responses and doing their best to keep up with their busy lives on top of others.

Well all I have to say if you're looking for a rude rental property management, the manager is Andrea. The property is poorly unkept you have to beg management to send someone to cut the grass or pick up trash around the neighborhood so property looks mess with trash all over, very embarrassing if you're having guest visit your home. Also you have none- tenants that park in your parking space and refuse to move out of your space so you call and tell management and show them pictures and they do absolutely nothing!! Roach infestation is so bad that the roaches don't die they multiple so they should be paying rent!!! lazy maintenance workers who will lie about fixing something only to put a temporary bandage on the problem and it's still not repaired, and rent increases every year, well Fairplay Commons in Seneca SC is the one for you!!! I moved out my apartment and cleaned very thoroughly and they looked for every reason to still take half of my security deposit!! They had the nerve to charge me for normal wear and tear for carpet cleaning after me living there for 3 years just to have a reason to take half of my security deposit!! This is a scam!! Run, run away as fast as you can from this property!!!! I promise you'll thank me later because it's not worth the high rent they charge to live in this roach motel they call a apartment!! You're welcome!!!

Tldr: coming from someone who works in property management, never give your business to this company. And if you do? Don’t bother cleaning or repairing anything in the home because they’ll just charge you and keep your full deposit. Get everything in writing too because the leasing agent stated painting didn’t need to be done but here I am being charged $$ for it.

This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever experienced and seen for property management. Daily I hear my own tenants tell me horror stories of past experiences and it’s disgusting/ disappointing that companies like this make up 90% of the slumlords and effect the remaining 10% good ones. And because of this, no one wants to leave a house in good shape because when you do? They penny and dime you. From the get go, I was told trash was included, a month living there, guess what’s not included and no accountability taken for the lie told? Their lawn care vendors damaged my personal property, I brought it up after move out, have I gotten reimbursed for that? Nope. My renewal offer was delivered the DAY BEFORE my noticed needed to be given. I had to remind them to send it!
Move out list said nothing about painting over holes but being in the business I wanted to treat them how I want my properties treated! So I patched every hole I had left. I sanded every patch left. At move out when handing in keys I asked the same leasing agent that lied about the trash, before I handed over keys did I need to return to paint over my patches, was told nope. Then at the 30 day mark I get the statement for a refund of $76 LOL. What a joke! Even charged for the certified check of $9 (which never said in writing I would have had that deduction from my deposit). When a business is charging you every penny they can, they may not be doing so well which means customers (home owners working with them & tenants) you should think about going elsewhere. Again this review isn’t coming from someone who’s not familiar with this industry. I’ve done this job for years. This is BAD BUSINESS. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS. I will leave this review over and over again in hopes it can prevent another person to be hurt by this “slumlord”. .

Roofers show up at 7 am with no notice from anyone whatsoever. Very unprofessional team of roofers made a mess of my yard all the way around left roofing nails behind. Took down a satellite dish but left the wire dangling over my back door. I say something about them throwing the old shingles and roofing nails all over the place including drive away and I get cursed, my mother brought into conversation, and yelled at while told he doesn’t care. Plays loud music under my carport with a Bluetooth speaker and remnants of food left behind. Moves belongings around and didn’t leave it in the way it was when they showed up. I called gsa with concern in the first place and the said they didn’t know it they were showing up either and they were sorry about their unprofessional behavior and no notice and that I could call if we ended up with a nail in my tire and it would be taken care of. Needless to say I have a nail in my new tires that’s I am still making payments on and they refuse to do anything and do not care.

I would highly recommend GSA Property Management. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the front desk. They are always available to help and are prompt in resolving any questions or concerns.

Live in a neighborhood of a rental they have and they left more trash "after" making repairs then the previous renters. Over a month and still looks like trash, at least they put the toilets someplace else now besides the front lawn 👍 oh and yes we called to talk to them about it and they didn't care.

They over charged for move in fees as well when evicted they wouldn’t allow movers to get everything and they kept so much of the peoples belongings. Worst people to rent from ever. Ceiling fail in as well and never fixed
