SLOPPY PAPERWORK, NON-COMMUNICATIVE, ONLY LOOKING FOR THEIR OWN FEES!!! 21 day closing. Midway through I'm suddenly assigned a new broker. Told I've got to resubmit my application in order to list the new broker instead. Kayla, Denisa, and Russell Perry (CEO) ignored all my emails with questions about errors, etc. Closing date comes, errors on Disclosure. They had 2 weeks to pay attention to what I was saying! 1week after closing and they're still sending me corrections to be signed on paperwork. I'D HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER MORTGAGE BROKER!!! I'd never use them again!

We went through Grow Mortgage to complete the purchase of our home. I must say that everything went so smoothly, starting from the beginning. My team was awesome!! The docs requested were reviewed and cleared, no nitpicking and going back and forth. The Loan officer, Brittany, the Processor, the Underwriter, the Closer (not meaning to leave out names ) were all phenomenal. If I could give my team 10 stars I would because they all deserve it. Company is incompetent and can't read documents needed to complete a mortgage from employer for verification and wastes borrowers time by making them jump through unnecessary hoops. Would not recommend and they just sell your mortgage to a larger entity regardless. Go to Wells Fargo directly - much easier.

Definitely the right company - Response to owners attempt to discredit me in the review process apparently
