Terrible landlords. Very cold people with horrible snobby attitudes. Completely unhelpful and uncaring. To be clear, I never had an issue with billing or needed any accommodations. My rent was paid in full and on time every month I was there and I completed my lease and they did pay my deposit back, so I'm not disgruntled over any thing like that. They are just horribly cold and unhelpful elitists who don't want to be bothered with anything other than accepting the rent, which you have to drive or mail to them. They are too stuck in the past to accept online or electronic payments of any type. If the windows of your property are all painted shut, that's not their problem. If you move in and the kitchen is dirty, and move out and leave it cleaner than it was, they want to charge you for them to clean it more. I wish they'd have charged the people before me to clean it. Maybe they did and just pocketed the money...wouldn't surprise me with these backwards thinkers. They don't return phone calls, pay deposit back after legally required 30 days, etc. Rent or buy from somewhere else. These guys don't need your money and don't have time to give you good service in order to earn it.

I wish I could give negative stars. Every time I turn around theres something broken at a house I rent from these folks. It takes weeks to get essential things repaired like a fridge that works of which I lived for 3 weeks without, a hole in a door where rodents could come in and other things. The rent is $1100 here and the FINAL straw for me is today. My window unit in my play area for my foster kids is OUT BEEN OUT and I'm told yet again it could be a week. This is absolutely ridiculous. Ill go BUY an ac and put in THEIR house so we dont have to suffer. If a company represents a home they SHOULD DO better than this. The sarcastic rude tone of voice used repeatedly to renters in that office needs to change in addition to the repair issues.
I know by posting the TRUTH theyll try some other ridiculous mess but EVERY Prospective tenant needs to know before choosing them.

Kaye Floyd Parris didn’t return any of my 850 dollar deposit. None of it. Reason? They need to go ahead and paint the place! Her office told this "after" they put up the advertisement to rent this place to new tenants, so that means they simply pocketed my 850 dollar deposit. We lived in 3115 Combray Circle, a town home built in 2008, part of “The Village at Ebenezer", for 2 years and moved out in December 2017. This is an old house with leakages and "extremely poor carpet". When we moved in, we spent almost 3 days cleaning it as they did a shoddy job before handing over the place. Honestly, we left the house in a better shape than they gave us. They took money from our previous tenant to clean the place and did nothing. I also painted all parts of the interior I thought, had marks. I paid my rent and utility on time every time. In the end, once Kaye Floyd knew that we moved out far west, her Office simply said you are not going to get your deposit back. She is not returning my calls. What kind of people do such things in the US I am lost for words to express my anguish for losing 850 dollars deposit and all the hard work, me and my wife put-in to keep that place clean and neat during and just before we left that place. They retained the deposit in bad faith !!
