My husband and I have lived here for four years and have loved every second of it! Management is incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and completes every job efficiently. The units themselves are very homey and do not feel like your typical apartment. I hope I never have to live in another apartment because I truly do not believe there is another that could live up to my expectations like Greystone Pointe does.

I’ve been living at Greystone Pointe since I moved to Knoxville from NY 5.5 years ago. It has been a wonderful experience. The grounds are taken care of beautifully, any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. I had an issue in the middle of the night with an alarm. I managed to handle it myself (at 3am) and when the front office heard about it, they were at my apt first thing in the morning. The pool is always sparkling clean. They have wonderful community events and even bring in food trucks weekly (in the warmer months) which in addition to being a nice weekly treat, also supports local businesses. I feel very safe and well taken care of here.

Our time at Greystone Pointe has been amazing. The maintenance crew is always quick to come help you if there’s something wrong in your apartment, they always keep everything clear on the sidewalks, and always makes sure our air filters are clean. The management is always kind and answers any questions you have in a timely manner. The apartments are very quiet, we rarely hear anyone around us. I’d also like to mention that the view is amazing and I have never seen anything like it. Overall I’d recommend Greystone Pointe to anyone in the area.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for a little over 3 months now and we've loved it. Management is very responsive and super easy to talk to. The maintenance staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure your issues are fixed. The grounds are beautiful, I feel like the pool area is the best part of the property. Couldn't recommend this place more!

We have been here a month and are thoroughly enjoying living here. A couple of maintenance requests have been handled with speed and professionalism! Beautiful well-kept grounds. Great workout/gym area. Office staff is nice and friendly. Only minor drawback is mail issues which IS a postal service problem. Happy to be here!
