Jonathon totally took care of us from the first home viewing until the last. He is honest and str8 up about all aspects of the deal. His negotiating skills are formidable and he works had to win for his customer. Jonathon paid close attention to every aspect of our deal and kept us informed every step of the way. In short, he is a great realtor and an even better friend. This is the guy to see when you are looking for the home of your dreams. I have included a picture of a beautiful sunset right from our back yard. Thanks man!

Jonathan was super helpful throughout out the whole home buying process! It was my first time buying a home and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me on track. Jonathan was very responsive, always responding to questions in a timely manner. He regularly communicated to make sure I was completely up to speed, and sometimes just to make sure I didn't need anything. Jonathan offered my husband and I sound advice and went above and beyond to reach our goals. If you're using Jonathan as your realtor, you will not be disappointed!!

Jonathan made all the difference in our home buying experience! He was supportive and helped us ask the right questions through the whole process. We weren't even sure we could be homeowners and he had just the right connections to make it happen!

Jonathan and I met about four years ago at a local eatery in Travelers Rest and quickly became Facebook buddies. About two years ago I sent him a message asking for advice on the first steps that I needed to take to become a home owner. He called me ASAP with tons of great info! I started following his advice and once we were ready to make the move Jonathan and Megan (his partner) were ready to jump, they were always 10 steps ahead of us on house shopping. After finding the perfect home and placing the offer, each strep to the closing table was flawless! If you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing call Jonathan, no need to shop around on a realtor, he's right here! Trust me on this, you will not be disappointed!!

Wow! What can we say about our experience with Jonathan and Megan? We were very pleased with the service we received. Our house had an offer a few days after it was listed. The staging made me want to buy my own house again!! They work great together, like a dynamic duo! They are very flexible, respond quickly, and both will go out of their way to provide 100% customer satisfaction. But I feel their greatest traits is the heart they both have. They truly enjoy their career and care about making you feel like family! Use them! Use them! Highly recommended!!
