Who is responsible for the cable or what ever it is that people are running under ground and pole to pole on Hwy 246? No one has even explained to anyone what this is or why it’s being done? Guys in these trucks driving in peoples yards and crossing through yards as they own the place? One of the guys said Greenwood City gave them permission? It would be nice if someone would tell the community what they are doing before they do something without any knowledge of what is being done with the cables they are running.

When is OHSA going to be called for the safety violations they are breaking, working after dark near high voltage lines, riding around in the bucket from pole to pole in traffic, working in curves with no flag man or safety flags posted for work zone How many of these are illegal workers They seem to think they are above the law!!!

I have been calling the office for months and nobody ever answers the phone and I can’t leave a message. There’s no actual way to call and talk to anybody in this location. I’m not mobile n I 45 mins away and can’t get not a single person on the phone to help me. This is not how you conduct business

Can never get anyone on the phone or leave a message, the main voicemail is always full and not one voice mail left has ever been returned. Completely unprofessional and when you go inside they are rude and act like it’s a hassle to talk to anyone needing help.

Dealing with anyone from this place is a run around and a complete, utter waste of time. No one knows what they are doing in the office, and neither do any of the people employed with the department of social services. Although I do not know names of people employed in the building, I can say case worker Casina Jones is unprofessional and unfit for her job. I do not understand for the life of me why anyone would employ her in this field. She lacks communication, understanding, and interpersonal people skills. Not sure whose bright idea it was to hire her, but I CAN say they should rethink their decision. Working in a field where you are supposed to be HELPING families such as mine, you should be able to display some kindness and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with her being assigned to me. Hopefully, she finds a new career path, or betters her attitude when it comes to the people she is working with. The department of social services is in desperate need of some reform.

Tha front desk Receptionist and the Medicaid Receptionist were both very cordial, they answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. No wait time at all. Both were quite lovely and the experience was very pleasant.

Does anybody know a good team of lawyers to have these current laws changed? I need to hire some civil rights attorneys. I have a story so bizarre to tell about the agencies in this county working hand in hand to help their own pockets get fatter. They take statements from a woman born in 1958 saying she is my mother and say I beat my children. I say hey Tyronie, Mr. Uncertified Caseworker, that ain't my mother! My mother was born in 41. Well I am a mutt that noone knows where I came from it seems so my birth mother could have been born then but I have never had the pleasure of meeting her so surely she wouldn't be speaking badly of me, your statement came from a fraudster Tyrone Watson. He said Ms Tasha that is not important. These folks at DSS threatened if I told what this county is doing to families they would send me to jail. Well Ms Donna Cowan, I warned you to get off that high horse you sit on at that desk and how if you work in food stamps do you also run the front desk window for the whites? Mr. Tyrone, bless your heart if you truly are the guy that goes to talk to kids at school for truancy and you work in child protective services and also the foster program. I couldn't get rid of you no matter how many times I asked Ms. Madison Sutherland. I said he is an idiot saying my kids get to choose whatever they want. I want a new case worker. Ms Sutherland told me no she was his supervisor and I wasnt getting a new case manager. But that's a right of mine huh? We went to court weeks ago and the judge said we got to continue this til February ( cause I told my husband in front of his lawyer Mr. Bishop I had filed a civil rights complaint just like I filed an identity theft report months before that ) he couldnt get to Judge Smithdeal quick enough and then my family got to go sit in another part of the area. I looked forward to spending that time with my kids. I have been a parent for 17 years and now they cannot even speak to me. So it was continued until February and the judge had just said there was no evidence in the case. That will be 11 months without my kids. So I said Ms. Sutherland, what is this case about and she says we will talk about that later. Where they do that at?!? Then when I go fuss they sign trespass against me for saying somebody better investigate this investigation guys! But then I get this letter certified mail saying to shut up or jail. Oh yeah and look at the date on the letter. I signed for this a couple days ago. Now they dont hold certified letters this long. Or is Greenwood above the law?

FYI, you took my kids and wont say why. You think jail scares me? I already been there, baby, with Martha Stewart. 10355-171 was my ID number at the federal prison. Oh yeah I went to prison for minding my own business. Why is that a right if it's not to not say nothing about nothing and mind your own business? Oh yeah if that were so there may not be a social services or a Mr Michael Gaskins Planned Parenthood and Social Change non-profit in this town. What's social about DSS anyway? Unify families is not what I see. So look here, I am the firestarter.

The most wasted tax payers money ever spent. The front desk lady is rude as all get out. You CAN not speak with a socail worker at all unless they call you pn your phone an make an appointment for you to come in. Thats bull, you should be able to walk in a DSS office an ask to speak with any social worker an be able to talk to one or ask questions. How are they supposed to call ypu if you are not already in there system. Like i said a big waste of tax payers money,
