When I first inquired about the apt that was listed for rent Haydea was very nice and returned my calls showed my family the unit. I put a deposit with no issues. They called me to inform me that I was denied when I called back to find out why the receptionist kept hanging up my calls. Then I called from another number and she answered and was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional all I wanted to know is why we were denied she said it was cause of my attitude and I needed to leave the property manager a message which was the reason for my call but the receptionist continued to yell over the phone. This is the first time I ever dealt with an unprofessional and rude realtor.

I was accused of not properly notifying landlord in sufficient time , which was FALSE, so they decided to TAKE my security deposit. I was a Tenant for 5 years and ALWAYS paid my rent 2 weeks before the start of the month. I cleaned the apartment. My transition to CT was hard because they did this to me. They should be ashamed of themselves. Everything was starting to break down in the apartment also. I hope they receive their Karma...especially their property manager, Hayde Alejandro.

Left apartment emaculate have pics I'm disabled finally got into place for disabled people were I can afford never had trouble til I gave my notice then they lied said I lived in the apartment til 12 of the month when I have proof I was residing at disabled apartments left it spotless took pictures and said they had trash removal and cleaning so they can keep my deposit but not this time I live check to check so dishonest thank God I took pics and have proof from new place I will see you in court ...shame on you trying to keep people's deposits knowing they took care of your properties greed is a sin

This place is freaking awful and I’ve regretted moving in since day one. There is a constant parking issue. We have 16 spots and 19+ cars at a time. One apartment has 3 vehicles! And one just sits, never driven, and takes up a spot!! Why!? We don’t have the room!! And their solution is to tell us to “park on the back street.” My lease agreements states that I get one spot and there have been multiple occasions where I have come home and did not have my one spot. My car is currently inches away from getting hit because someone is parked in the grass on the side of the building and there isn’t enough room for them to get out which is why there are no parking lines there! I’m taking pictures and recording everything from now on. I keep my apartment spotless, not putting a single nail in the walls, hanging curtain rods and pictures with command strips. I can guarantee my deposit doesn’t get returned to me for some BS reason like many other people have complained about in the past! They are sneaky and rude!

I had a great relationship with this company until i moved out. Me and my wife along with my 2 year old son rented an apartment in north providence for more than 3 years, moved out with the apartment clean, spent hundreds on a commercial cleaning service, and then were told we arent getting the damage deposit back because of the way we left it. I have pictures, and video of the state of the apartment when we moved out. They have my number, call me with a check or see me in court and then be made to pay double. Beware of these people! They wont give you your damage deposits back no matter what!

Absolutely mind boggling that this place has anything above 2 stars. This place is awful. I’ve put in multiple maintenance request and never received so much as a follow up email/phone call. My heat doesn’t work. My neighbors are terrible and all seem to have pets which isn’t allowed in the lease (i have no issues w people owning animals, i love animals, but why are we picking and choosing the people who get to have them?) The water heater seems to forever have no hot water in it. My toilet has been leaking for a good few months at this point and no one wants to come look at it. My fridge is at the end of its life (very loud making god awful noises and the cooling is very spotty) and no one wants to respond to me about anything. They specifically say “don’t call the number unless it’s an emergency” and even if it was an emergency they’d ignore the call (this happened once when I first moved in) if society as a whole wasn’t so expensive I woulda moved out a long time ago but it takes a minimum of 10k to move these days. Long story short I highly do NOT recommend this place.

We lived in one of their properties for two years (2021-2023). Our neighbors were comprised of families with children, and they were extremely quiet and respectful. Every time there was an issue in the house, I'd talk to Hayde, and the issue would be resolved within a week. I'm genuinely confused why people complain about the "mismanagement". Before we move out, we legally followed the 30-day notice steps and cleaned the premise thoroughly. We received FULL security deposit within 20 days. If you see low reviews, I am certain that they were not aware how leases work.

I had a great experience with Greenwich Bay. Kyle was absolutely amazing and made my apartment search so easy and stress free. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied with the apartment I am renting through Greenwich Bay and would recommend them!
