The worst. I could write a book about the multiple bad experiences I have had here. Waited 7 hours for a simple routine oil change once. Service was so bad that a man who identified himself as the owner, Mario King, chased me down in the parking lot to apologize and told me to call him next time I came in. Well, I did. As did my husband. He did not even bother to return the calls. We have had the car just over two years and it has been towed back to the dealership twice for simply working. The most recent time I had an indicator light that said “refill inverter coolant” which came on about 2 miles before the car simply quit working. (Google this issue - you will find it is epidemic with these cars.) Car was towed from my church parking lot to the dealership. Service claimed they needed to charge a $600 diagnostic fee because there was damage to the car. This is the same shtick they pulled last time the car was towed. I refused to pay last time and they eventually repaired the car. This time they kept the car 10 days and would not return phone calls. We finally decided to tow it to a reputable mechanic. Kia had not even refilled the inverter coolant during the 10 days they had the car! Below are pics of the front end where they claim damage was done and pics of the empty coolant container. This car has been serviced by this dealership every time and on time. They did not have time to replace the inverter coolant or to return my calls but they found time to try to sell me a new car. I have sat in their waiting room and watched them mistreat people every single visit. Once I was physically nauseated from watching them try to bully a young woman into buying a new car when she could not afford the repairs on her existing Kia. Disgusting.

Horrible service . Took my car to have a couple of things checked out . An air flap sensor just recently started coming on and my wiper fluid hadn't worked since almost the time I bought it a couple of years ago . I didn't bring it in sooner because it's pretty far drive and hard to do without a car . They kept it for a month with little to no communication . Then told me it wouldn't be covered under a warranty . They said it looked like something chewed on my tubing for my washer fluid . Once I got it home I looked under the hood and on the part where the hood close on that side the foam is slid forward and it has probably gotten cut from the hood closing on it . On the other side the piece of foam is normal . So to me that's in the manufacture not chewed on. So since it was my first oil change they did that , but then threw the undercarriage in the back of my car instead of putting it back on and two weeks later my low oil light came on . And I noticed my other fluids are low . Very poor service .

I don't even know where to start, sales, service, management. This is 100% the worst dealership in every aspect that i have ever dealt with. I'll preface my review with 2 things, ive bought 26 cars in my 22 years of driving. I've also been in the automotive industry for 16 years. Sales, service advisor and technician.
I originally came to buy a 22 ev6, and they had a 15k dollar markup on it. Granted I didn't buy because that would just be dumb, but shows the greed. A year later I want to sell my car to them, the sales manager came over and sat down. Started his conversation with me, "so what do you want, why are you even here". I said well I'd like to sell you guys my kia ev6. He said, well I can tell you, you won't get what you're expecting for it. There's not much that's great about that car(which is a total lie) and there's no demand. Ironically as I'm walking in 2 salesman said, I hope you're trading that in, we desperately need one. A year later after my car had sat in service for 65 days. I thought I'd trade it in. No better experience. The sales manager smelled like weed, told me the price they had listed online was not correct, even after showing him their website. Jumbled numbers around again and ended up trying to screw me worse, so for the 3rd time left the sales department unhappy.
Anyways, getting a hold of any manager is a joke here. Don't even bother.
The service department...... O...m...g. I don't know how they ever get anything done. In 2.5 yrs, 26k miles my ev6 has spent over 178 days in the shop, and I'm certain it's because they're just awful. Their service is so bad that I've had managers bribe me with cash to leave good surveys. Anna is a terrible service advisor. She will look you dead in the face and lie to you. For example if you ask for an update, instead going and asking the tech, she just makes something up like oh hes still looking at it. Really? Causd i get notifications on my phone when my doors are open, and its been 19 days. OR after my car sat there for 31 days waiting on an approval for a battery, I finally said, just go ahead and put one in so he can diagnose the car. Hoping that by the time my car was done being diagnosed the battery would get approved. Nope, 392 dollars for a battery, AND THEY INSTALLED AN AUTOZONE ONE. when I asked her why It wasn't covered, she said the battery is 12mo/12k miles. I said but my new battery warranty is 3yr/36k miles, thats weird....? No, Anna it's definitely 3yr/36k. Still haven't been refunded. Her communication is one step up from non existent. Every time I get my car back, it's absolutely filthy either because it's been sitting or there's fingerprints everywhere. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF PEOPLE! This last time, im pretty sure the windows were left down because my car was full of leaves, i got it, dont worry. You would think after a car sat at your dealer for 76 days straight, i wouldn't have panels laying on the floor not installed, low tire light, and multiple other warnings on because things weren't plugged back in. Ya know, it helps if you test drive the car, not to mention THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS WASH IT FOR ME. I absolutely hate, HATE coming here, but it's less than 1 mile from my work and the next closest dealer to me is 61 miles one way. I have never in my life worked for or done business with a dealership that is so disorganized, corrupt and rude. If you can, do business elsewhere.

Quinton and the other staff at Kia Riverchase were fantastic from the get go. Everyone was very friendly and greeted me with enthusiasm. Quinton is very personable and easy to work with. My experience with Henry and Greenway Kia Riverchase was very pleasant and enjoyable. The service and kindness was shown during my whole transition. My salesman Henry was very easy to talk to about any questions I had he was very maniable always with a smile and a hug. There were moments I felt a little stress, but he made me feel comfortable and did everything he could to make me a satisfied customer. He values his customers time and I love that.
