I have rented my house for 6 months with them and the bills I am receiving are beyond my word. I feel they are not honest at all.I do not recommend them and I will change them ASAP. The manager was rude and entered my home without letting me know. Their staff has changed a couple of times. They have some stupid rules like getting a pet deposit and pocketing it for themselves. So disappointed and feel robbed!

I am tremendously disappointed with Greenhouse Property Management. My experience as tenant was frustrating and unprofessional. They were unresponsive to multiple service requests and falsely claimed attempted contact, closing out as resolved despite no actual resolution. During a recent phone call, their escalation to a yelling voice made me very uncomfortable. There is a lack of accountability on their part. I will not be renting with them again. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable property management.

Greenhouse has been the best property management company I’ve ever rented from, hands down. They are consistent, timely, friendly, professional, and always have a tenant-supportive mindset. They have gone above and beyond to take care of us more than once and I cannot say enough good things about it. My only complaint is that I can’t give it more stars.

I highly recommend Greenhouse management with Better Home and Gardens. Seth and Tucker Amazing!! This is my first time using a property management company as an owner of a property. They are quick to respond to my self and my tenant. They have been very supportive and easy to communicate with. Seth is always quick to respond and he takes a lot of pride in his work. The stress is managing a property on my own is gone. We are very happy !! We also have an amazing tenant that they found.

Greenhouse Management has been a great property management company to rent through. Whenever I need maintenance, I get a response within an hour of putting my request in, and they are out at the house within twenty-four hours. Seth is pleasant and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company!

This company is amazing. They have helped so much. I was renting a 1 bedroom from them and when they had a 2 bedroom become available they let me just transfer my lease over. Seth went above and beyond for me, he is always very professional and answers any questions or concerns I have in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for any real-estate needs you have.

This company was hired to manage the POA in my neighborhood and increased our dues by almost 50%. Plenty of issues there, but that's not the purpose of this review.

The fees being charged by this company are insane. 17% for being two days late is unheard of, even by banking standards. When I go to pay, they charge "convenience fees" of $6.95 for paying by debit, 3.5% for paying by credit, or $20 for paying either cash or check. These are no longer about convenience, but raising rates without calling it such. Absolutely unethical financial practices.

They are fantastic really helpful even when the property was sold they assisted us in finding a new place as well!! I’m not sure I know any landlords who would do that for all their tenants! Would 10000% recommend.
