Tom Greene was the selling realtor when we purchased our house in Savannah Lakes Village and he was beyond helpful in helping us with the closing and the move in. He never let a phone message or email go unanswered. We have sold that home, recently, and Kristin was our broker, and again Tom was available to cover anything that needed to be done. Kristin was a great agent and our closing went smooth as silk.

Tom helped us find a home six years ago when we first moved to SLV. We knew who to go to when we were ready to sell and buy again. Tom, Karen and Kristen are all very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Tom and Karen were wonderful! Tom was so thoughtful and spot on in showing us what we were looking for and helping to navigate building our first home! Every time we would show progress videos, all of our friends and family, before even commenting on the house, would ask “who the guy talking on the video…” and how pleasant and thoughtful he is! Tom Greene was wonderful throughout the process of reviewing Savannah Lakes, finding property, working with the builders and keeping us informed of how the building process was going. Tom and Karen were great hosts on our visits to Savannah Lakes. Tom worked with us using our list of properties and showing us properties that he had found, until we found the perfect location. He introduced to our new neighbors and made it so we felt welcome from the very beginning. It really helped when we moved in. We were already involved and active in the community. He went out of his way and served as our advocate with the builders, when necessary. He provided regular video tours of our house during the building process. When we moved Tom and Karen were there to welcome us and help us take care of setting up utilities and anything else we needed. We have recommended Tom to several of our friends that have shown interest in Savannah Lakes Village. We look forward to many happy years in this location. Tom made it all possible.
