I’m not the one to write reviews about anything in fact this may be my first time doing any type of review but I’m so frustrated I just had to come on here and vent. I do not recommend anyone to stay here at greenbrier apartmarts this has got to be the most slackest staff ever in the history or staffs. I been having so many issues lately that have gone unresolved. Maintenance is a very big issue, if it’s after hours and you have a maintenance emergency you might as well not even call because they are not going to respond no matter how big the emergency is. I recently had to stay up in my apartment all night because maintenance drilled in my door at 1:00am in the morning because it was a leak coming from my apartment that I did not know about. No one called to give me a heads up or no email or nothing to say that maintenance would be trying to come in. I was in my bed sleep and did not hear any knocks until after several minutes. When I finally did get up to come to the door I looked thru the peep hole and saw a guy in a big jacket and hoodie with half his face covered trying to get in my apartment. There was nothing saying or indicating he was maintenance all the guy said was he was maintenance. Am I just supposed to take his word for it knowing everything that’s going on in the world now. Why didn’t he use his key? In fact they sent out an email days later saying they thought someone was going around posing as a maintenance guy but turned out he was a contractor, but point is if they didn’t know how was I supposed to know? But in fact they blamed it on me and said it was my fault I didn’t let the stranger in my house at 1:00am in the morning. My next main issue out of several issues is I called maintenance again (after hours) no response as usual. The guy changed the locks on my door but gave me the wrong key to the lock so I can’t lock my door from the outside once again. But of course it will somehow be my fault when they do address the issue. Will they reach out? No, they will tell me to reach out to them whenever I get a chance as usual and oh yeah maintenance will call in the morning with another excuse as to why they didn’t respond to me the night before. On top of all this the place is trashy messy all the time, the gate never works the trash compactor is always broke. We pay for stuff they never works but of course you better have they rent in on time because that’s all they care about. They say they residents is their main priority but that’s so not true they don’t care about you they care about your money. I could go on but I’m tired of typing, but anyone thinking of moving here DON’T. It may be cheaper but not better. The old saying is true (you get what you pay for).

This place is horrendous! When it comes to the manager Mrs.Grace she has no respect and certainly doesn’t take care of what needs to be done when it comes to the town house problems including the running sink we had the whole time we were there, the toilets that never flushed and never fixed and a very bad roach investigation! My father had to buy the basics including a toilets seat, a shower hose, shower heads and always had to fix the leaks because management wouldn’t. Including the AC always freezing up and wires sparking in the walls! Oh and let’s not forget we left the place spotless and said she would give us $400 back and only gave $200 so watch out!!!

I love living here! It is incredibly quiet and calm. And the office staff is absolutely amazing!! They are incredibly sweet and accommodating! I highly recommend moving here!! The maintenance team is very on top of things. If I have an issue its fixed same day!!

Don't judge this book by its cover, though the surrounding area isn't top tier Greenbrier Apartments are spacious, safe, and quiet. Ms. Caroline and her front office staff....Amazing, above and beyond customer service; and always a pleasure working with.

The apartments here are spacious. The staff here is always friendly and respectful. If there are any problems I have they are more than helpful with understanding and getting things fixed if needed.

Management is friendly until maintence is needed. The sewage constantly backs up and overflows from the ceiling onto the main floor. Management and maintence will tell you this is not sewage water coming from the toilet, all while the unit smells of sewage with brown water. Management will blame you for this and refuse repairs and leaves you with puddles of sewage. Our infiniti was crashed into in the parking lot and the "surveillance cameras" were conveniently not working so nothing can be done. We have been paying for pool maintence on a pool that has not been open in the 1.5 years living here. Save your money and rent elsewhere.

Quiet location besides the train that runs through the neighborhood and comes through all times of day and night Maintenance and management are non existent until they’re scheming to steal your deposit

I've lived here for going on 6 years now. When I first moved in it was good, but then we got a new manager and she ran it into the ground. Recently it came under new ownership, and we got a new manager, Grace. So far everything I've asked for in repairs, etc. has been taken care of immediately! Grace is very helpful, and friendly. She returns my calls right away, and makes sure things are taken care of. I'm so glad we finally have a good manager again!
