Do not work with this company. I ultimately did receive a mortgage through them, but it was absolute torture. They asked nearly endless, inane questions, contradicted their own requests with new requests, and just generally displayed no common sense or professionalism every step along the way. It was a full-time job for 3 weeks fulfilling their absurd requests, requiring multiple CPAs, my business partner, and even clients of my business. Both my mortgage broker and agent said they had never encountered anything like this incompetence and volume of requests in over 20 years in the industry. After selling our old home and moving all of our things across the country, our house ultimately closed about two weeks later than scheduled. We stayed in an AirBnB and had to move several times due to being told we would close and then further delays. We were one day away from losing the home and an $80,000 deposit. Even after closing, they were so slow in confirming the purchase that we couldn’t move into the house on the same day and ended up having to book another AirBnb late at night. The experience caused so much stress it stole much of the joy out of moving into a new home. I did not report them to their regulator simply because I refuse to give any more of my time to this absolute toxic pit of stupidity. Stay away!

Ive been in mortgage lending for about 20 years. Throughout those years, I have closed hundreds of millions in home loans I have worked with just about every lender. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that I have found the one lender (Greenshit sorry Greenbox) that wins first place for the absolute worst in all categories. I wont get into details however, avoid them at absolutely all cost if you want to maintain any sort of relationship with the borrowers or realtors. I gave this a one star since unfortunately there were no options for a negative 5 star. This is the first review I have ever left for any lender. I never leave reviews for anything actually, but these guys earned it.

Greenbox Loans have yet and again pulled off another miracle for our clients. My client was in process with 3 other NON QM places. Everyone else promised the world and never delivered. I just closed two difficult loans with Greenbox and I can say that both teams that handled my two loans were spectacular. They were on top of things, efficient, understanding, patient and flexible. The Regional Sales Manager John was the best to work with. He knew his stuff and was as caring about my borrowers as much as I. John Madarang and his team were amazing! Closed an ITIN loan in 16 days! It was all hands-on deck right from the beginning of transaction. Highly recommended John he took every call and was there every step of the way making things happen as well as Sofia Campo!
