We've lived in our home managed by Green Nova for over 8 years. Any time we've had a problem they've responded quickly and have done their best to get it resolved. Some things have been out of their hands due to the homeowners denial of services but these situations are out of Green Novas control. There was a short time a while ago that responses to messages took longer than expected but this has improved greatly. We appreciate their effort to satisfy their clients needs and keep them happy.

I rented through Green Nova for just shy of six years. In short, they were the best property management company I've ever had in my ten experiences over 20 years with these companies.

Any time I needed a professional to be sent to the house for repairs they were on it immediately and followed up hastily to ensure the repairs were getting done and done properly. They gave us our autonomy so that we never felt like we were living in someone else's house, but our own home. They were always professional, courteous, and punctual.

This is the only property management company that I've ever recommended and would rent from again.
