Honestly this company made the home buying process way more stressful than it should have been this company needs to hire employees that are not using this work as supplemental income rather than their full time job the same paperwork had to be sent over again 5 pr 10 times to the same people and that’s not an exaggeration …. At the beginning we were straightforward about our down payment amount and the loan officer meilyn ignored our pointing out the my had falsely increased the down payment amount on a document we were supposed to sign and instead of remaking a document with the correct down payment amount for signature meilyn instead had us sign documentation that wasn’t correct to then tell us days later we actually DID need a larger down payment to close ….if anyone higher up in the company sees this, non competes signed by employees would greatly benefit your company had we had the time to get pre approved elsewhere we would have gone elsewhere. I am sure you are losing business from clients that have the time to shop for their broker because your employees are more focused on their primary jobs than their jobs here. I don’t see this company lasting another 10 years much less 5 based on the way business was handled with mine and my husband’s first time home purchase. This company has left a sour taste in our mouths for future dealings with any loan officer.

Luisa and her team were absolutely fantastic! As a real estate agent in the state of MD, working with foreign investors and lenders from other states has not been something that I was familiar with. But honestly I am happily surprised to see what Green Arrow Mortgage was able to do. They were able to close on a deal within 22 days. Luisa was knowledgable, always picked up the phone, even on the weekend, always communicative, always on top of the file like this was her ONLY file. She had her hand in everything and was very reassuring throughout.
I can't recommend Green Arrow Mortgage enough. If you are looking for a bank to service your foreign investor clients, stop looking and call up Green Arrow.
