They provided a house with a flea INFESTATION. Granted, they then provided an exterminator, but this was only a short term solution. The fleas would reappear after each treatment. The rental property in question is on East 41st Street.

My review is based on my experience as a property owner using them as a management company. When things were easy and good, everything was fine. But the second there was an issue, they constantly dropped the ball. One example is upon a tenant moving out, they used an unlicensed, unregistered “contractor” to perform sloppy shoddy work for extremely high prices. When questioning anything, I was met with excuse after excuse after excuse. At no point will they ever take ownership of their mistakes and try to right them. As their client, I felt so incredibly misrepresented. It is a shame they will protect everyone else first before their client. Save yourself the headache from their greed and use any other company.
