The most dishonest company i have ever came across in 3 years of dealing with them. They do not represent you as a rentor. They will find a way to take your deposit. Slipped in a clause stating at time of ending your lease..you would pay to have locks rekeyed. 245.00 charge. Never made aware of this special clause. I made the mistake of thinking it was if i didnt return the keys. Stay away from them. They are fake and pretend to have your best interest at heart.

Missy is phony as they come. Right behind that fake smile is a condescending, nasty attitude. She tries hard to hide it, but it manages to poke through by way of passive-aggressive behavior. Like other reviewers said, they try to find any little thing to deduct from your security deposit.
