This company is poorly ran. It is such a shame since this involves peoples living situations. The property we are located in is short staffed and the communication is non-existent. Our emails go unanswered and our phone calls do not get returned. If you need to speak with anyone you have to physically go into the office just to get a simple answer and when you work 12 hours a day that’s near impossible. Rent is outrageous. You are expected to pay 2023 prices with 1996 appliances and carpet. Our lease was lost and we were forced to sign a new one that would only put us there longer. We were told we would have to pay fines and fees if we didn’t sign another. There are roaches and rats and I’ve only seen pest control twice in the two years we have lived here. You feel totally micromanaged in your own home so it has never felt like home. Noise isn’t controlled. This place is a dump and they ask for your paycheck to live there. Uncaring, unrealistic. These people shouldn’t be allowed to be in this business.

Trash company. Do not rent from this company. They threw away my friends belongings that were in their storage. My friend moved across country and trusted them. They haven’t done right by her side. They told her to move out after she requested compensation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
