We are just looking for a very country (Sierra) mobile home park and this fits the bill. It snows a bit more than our place in Auburn but not too much. The house is in good shape but needs remodeling and that's what my husband specializes in but it's a very quiet little park with a clubhouse and pool. Definitely going to make a bid.

Dark, seedy(?) and oddly quiet... Place just seems off. Everytime I pull through this park it's like it's been abandoned for years, but every lot has a car... To many people to be so quiet all the time, I don't like it much. It's awesome that it's a place for tons of people to live tho!

Its not as new as some parks, but the place is just beautiful. There are trees galore, the deer run through and the people are very nice, they look out for each other. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Been coming here since 1985 when I first moved here . There is always a smile waiting , its always clean an if you find something's missing it's probably one of your socks or towels .lol it's a great place to do your oversized bedding for a reasonable price , don't have to do your laundry drop it off they will do it while your busy shopping..

An older Greek just of the highway. Not much going on here but quaint and friendly. If your board just ask one of the neighbors about one of the others and you will fill up your afternoon. Great management.

It's a good place to live. Swimming pool is nice in the summer time. Some of the people living here are odd but that's just my opinion.

It's big n crowed there just be 200 units a pool and recreation kitchen room out door showers before entering pool or hot tubs nite swimming til tenon n opens back up at 6am the atmosphere is very Woodsey n rural. Hiking trails to boots I'd recommend it for a small family or just a couple looking for affordable housing. There's a golf course. 2miles away n store gas station pizza parlor restraunts pretty convincing stop in n enjoy

A really great place to make your home. People are nice and polite, keep to themselves. And well maintained grounds. I'm staying for the long haul.
