Recently, I worked with Grace Frank, and was very happy with the process and the outcome.

I decided to sell my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo, and Grace wasted no time. She got a buyer interested just one day after we put the condo on the market. And she got me more for it than any recent sales in the complex.

She was great at keeping in touch. Whenever I had questions or needed something, she was quick to respond.

One thing I really liked was how amazing she made the unit look in the listing. She got great photos and even helped with staging.

When it came time to negotiate, Grace really shined. She made sure everyone was happy with the deal, which wasn't easy, but she's a pro.

Overall, excellent performance.
