When I decided to purchase my first out of state investment property I knew that I was going to have to do something I’d never had to do before, hire a property manager. For years, I’d done my own property management and really enjoyed working with tenants and properties and the issues and opportunities that came with it, but it was just not going to be possible to do with a property so far away. I am so fortunate that I was able to find Whitney and her team to help! The whole onboarding process was extremely easy. She takes care of everything, goes above and beyond, and is always there to take my call if anything comes up! I would highly recommend her and her team for all of your property management needs!

Management never check own tenants. They just put eviction notes own struggling ppl doors. Rent is 720 . Late own rent ex. 360 turn into 530 then . You be paying your rent all over again
