I just had my yearly inspection with Eric and he was very understanding, kind and communicative throughout the whole process. He was able to let me know the time frame in which he was available while also communicating when he was on his on his way and nearby allowing me to plan my schedule accordingly. It was a very quick and easy process and he was very kind letting me know that some of the issues he found would be reported to get fixed. Angel our property manager responds in a timely manner and has been great throughout our lease. Highly recommend Goodlife Property as well as Angel if you're lucky to get him. I've been with Goodlife for two years and they've been nothing but professional and given a positive experience. I only wish they were managing my next rental!
