Someone told me to reach out to Golden State Realty for a rental in Tahoe. Im so glad I did! Jessica and her team helped me find the perfect spot. Location was ideal. It was safe, clean, and in a great location for my 3 month project. Jessica really listened to what i was looking for and found me the ideal location and the perfect little cabin for my stay.

I'm hopeful my work sends me back for a few more months this year and I'll be reaching out to Jessica to help me find another place to stay.

Hello, I never like to leave a bad review, but we had Jessica help us to manage our property, and as it happened we were lied to regarding the condition of our house when tenants moved out, after we returned a full deposit.

Jessica told us that our home had a profesional cleaning before the final tenants left our home, leading us to return the full deposit. But it was a lie, because when we asked for the receipt from the cleaning company to call them back, we weren’t able to find the company name anywhere online. In fact as far as we can tell there is no such licensed cleaning company.

It’s very disappointing when people do that, especially when you trust them.

I do this review with the hope that no one out here will experience this same kind of situation.
