These apartments are terrible and the staff in the office are very unprofessional they are supposed to be in charge of all the upkeep including maintenance and pest control in which they don’t do either of I have to personally keep spraying my apartment for roachs from other tenants because the people in charge won’t do anything about it my air conditioner stayed broken till it was 90 degrees inside my apartment and I had to tell them my son has severe asthma and was having difficulty breathing in
our own apartment and they only half way fixed it air only comes out in kitchen and living if room no air flow in any bedrooms or hallway I’ve a thousand dollar water bill the past two months because they refuse to fix the busted water line outside they do not care about their tenants or their wellbeing this place is so bad they make you sign a waiver saying you won’t talk about how bad they are fortunately for me I didn’t sign this place is trash!!!

I moved out from under Golden Rule in March of 2020 because they refused to fix things in a timely manner and had somehow decided to charge several veterans that lived there on housing vouchers thousands of dollars. The veterans got together and went to legal workshop at the va and all of a sudden charges vanished. Topper on the cake...last month I check my credit report and I have a derogatory remark saying I owe them $4911. What I find laughable is the fact that they say those charges begin in April of 2020 when I was no longer a Tennant. Beware of these folks. They are dirty and backhanded

The teams here are well knowledge in what they do everyone sees to it that you’re well cared for no matter what issues you may have every time I put in a maintenance request I’m cared for immediately and they’re all respectful and very nice the landlord is awesome I’ve never had any problems I’m always respected and helped with whatever I need I love living out here it’s peaceful and the neighbors get along well and so does the children I’ll recommend choosing them for your housing needs

I been with the company for quite some while now and and they are one of the best property management I been with I n the Huntsville area. Whenever something went wrong in my apartment they were able to fix right away. If you want a good property management team, go with golden rule real estate.

The only reason there aren't more bad reviews is because Golden Rule Real Estate Team makes owners sign a contract that they can't leave any bad reviews. I'm guessing the good reviews are friends of Scott. Some of the things you could look forward to when using Golden Rule Real Estate Team would be lack of recording who gave a deposit, who paid rent, how much everyone paid, they expect you to pay money for mistakes they make and for services you don't want or need, they act like you work for them instead of the opposite. They are supposed to be there help work for the owner and make your job easier but it will be much worse with their help. Do yourself a favor and find someone else or manage the property yourself.
