Lyle is amazing! He made sure we understood everything that went on during the process of obtaining a loan and purchasing a home. If I sounded even a tad bit unsure, he would explain it so that I was fully aware of what was going on.

Lyle was very responsive and never made us feel like we were just $$$ to him. Prior to working with Lyle, we dealt with another lender/originator that pulled our credit, told us we could possibly qualify for X dollar amount and then stopped responding to us for about 3 weeks. We were pretty down about being ignored and believed that purchasing a home for our family was not meant to be, but I’m so grateful that we decided to look around and read reviews—that’s how we stumbled upon Lyle.

Brad Puckett did a great job of securing me a new Mortgage with a much better rate. My mortgage was unusually small and no one wanted to get involved or spend the time. Brad took on the challenge and tackled some extra work but it all made the process easy for me. Brad also kept me updated with the status on a regular basis. Great customer service!
