I been living in my unit for over 8 years i have never seen a maintaince worker so rude to tenants and does poorly of work on the units like if they are taking out of the maintains paycheck he has no sympathy whatsoever. Whenever he comes to my unit he either fixes something but brakes another, he always leaves his equipment around and waits till the day after to come get it. He half asses the work every single time and leaves a mess

I Am A Current resident!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The apartment itself has potential, but the management is a nightmare. Maintenance requests go unanswered.

Communication is basically nonexistent. You’ll send emails, leave voicemails, maybe even send a carrier pigeon but don’t expect a reply. And if you do hear back, it’s usually some excuse that you havent been answering your calls or emails from them.

They also love to charge you for water and trash when you already pay through your local utilities app. Laundry room area is dirty because of a homeless man that goes through the front door of the apartment because the door and the whole complex isnt secured.Black Mold is a big issue in this complex.Also if you dont get a garage, goodluck with parking.

Bottom line: do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You deserve to live somewhere where the people in charge actually care. This ain’t it.

Submitting my daughter’s review that lives on your property since we still haven’t had our issues resolved….

They over charge what is agreed on the lease and don’t respond when you ask questions on what certain charges are. I have been paying double utilities for a while. On the lease, utilities isn’t on the lease as part of the monthly payment so I have been paying them to the city but GBM charges them to the portal regardless as if they were a charge they give. I have been paying them all to the city religiously but they charge me for water power and gas regardless on the portal. It states very clearly on my lease that only rent, insurance, rent plus, and utility admin are my monthly charges. It also says my total due monthly in a flat rate and they’re not charging me it, they charge me a lot more. Yes I emailed them but never got a response. I have been texting them multiple times and haven’t responded. They only respond about other things I have texted about but when I mention my texts above they don’t say anything and stop responding.

Also, the building is also very dirty especially where the laundry is and outside of it. The floor is spray painted with gang signs in the building walk way….

Maybe instead of taking the time to respond to reviews and try to discredit peoples issues, they should take the time to actually respond to emails and texts. I will be waiting for a response though.

This is the worst Management to ever work with! They have left us homeless and sleeping in our car with our 1 yr old. There’s been a reoccurring mold issue that I complained about 2-3 months ago. The first maintenance guy told me it was just mildew and I had to clean it off. I complained again two weeks ago and finally found an urgency to inspect. They moved us to a hotel for a week because they said that’s approximately how long it would take. They didn’t go inspect until the 4th day or us leaving our home! They said there’s a leakage in our bathroom causing all the moisture and said they’d need more time to fix it. They never extended our stay at our hotel or made new reservations. We’ve been emailing, texting, calling and have gotten no response. So now we are left basically homeless since our apartment walls are exposed with mold and under unlivable conditions. If you’re seeing this please contact as or we will be taking legal action!!!!

Property owners and tenants beware. The sales team is super savvy and helpful. Customer service is 10/10 until they get you into a property. We have been in our new home for a week now and have a long list of issues that need addressing, some urgent, and we get the same non-answers from off-shore customer service every time. What a joke.

On my very first day of moving in, I encountered a serious sewer issue that rendered the unit unlivable. Sewage from the upstairs unit was backing up into our shower drain. Despite multipule attempts to contact maintance and the property manager regarding the emergency, they failed to respond. I had no choice but to hire my own plumber and pay our of pocket- only to discover that rags and baby wipes were clogging the sewer line. This was clearly a pre-exisiting issue that should have been addressed before move in. Their lack of urgency and failure to maintain the property is unacceptable. If they can't handle emergencies on Day 1, I cant imagine how they treat long term- tenants. I would not recommend renting from them.

I moved out of my mother’s unit in 2022, she then stayed and moved out in 2024. For some reason I got a letter from a debt collector saying I owe a debt when it should’ve gone to my mother and whoever else was living there on the date listed (9/2024) I reached out to the manager at the fountain view apartments on market & cherry in Long Beach and she just directed me to corporate. The number she gave is a general number. No one answers the phone and no one has returned my calls or my email. I will sue if this goes onto my credit report because I moved out in 2022. You guys need to contact me TODAY no later than MONDAY to get this rectified as this is a major mistake.
