My HOA is looking for a management company. We reached out to 4 different companies in the San Gabriel Valley and Goldstar was the only one to call back! And the day after I left a message with the front desk!. Ciclolia (sp?) called me back with a quote the day after I left a message with her office. She is super knowledgeable and we're so happy to have someone else responsible for paying bills and sending out financials and collecting monthly payments and all the other stuff that makes it so stressful being on the board

Me and my wife have been through a great deal of frustration, pain and agony with the manger of Gold Star property management for a long long time , the problem is every time when is a t problems with our neighbors and our neiborhood specially with our community gated at (12828 Ramona Blvd, Baldwin Park, CA 91706 when we call or we go in person to the office to ask for help , she the manger and her assistant have boon absolutely hopeless, what shame indeed

Definitely recommend! I turned in my properties in Woodland Hills to Gold Star since last year, and after almost a year I have to say I am very satisfied with their services. It gives me a piece of mind to be able to have direct and prompt communication with the actual Property Manager,  Xitlali. She is always able to answer my calls right away, or returns my calls promptly, normally within the same day. We recently had a major plumbing issue at one of our houses, Xitlali's maintenance team handled promptly to avoid further issues with the tenants, and as a plus, their quote was very reasonable for being handled as an emergency call! Gold Star Manages 2 of my properties. They have been managing my first property for over 10 years and going on 3 years with my 2nd. I am very satisfied with both their customer service and management. All of the rental and administrative related items are organized. Xitlali, the manager is very professional and follows up on all of my calls and emails quickly and thoroughly. The staff is very polite and diligent. I heavily rely on gold star for maintenance and repairs for my properties, as I'm have a demanding work schedule and don't have much time to research contractors. The maintance requests are done in a timelinly manner. The work is scheduled and communicated in advance with sufficient notice. Both the routine maintenance crew that Gold Star uses and also the contractors that they have recommended have been very reliable, budget friendly and do quality work. I also would like to note that Gold Star and maintenace practice safe, clean and social distancing etiquette. Both my tenants and I trust them & know we are in good hands

I applied and view an apartment which was beautiful. My experience with Gold Star Management has been very professional and Itlali Del Real gave me very informative information. I would highly recommend Gold Star if your looking to rent your next home.

I’m spoke with Erika during all the process to apply for a rent a house in Norwalk. They asked for $30 to pay 3 applications and $120 to supposedly to run the credit. They stole your money. They took my money for nothing. They excused themselves when told me that they give 5 applications to the owners for choose one only. This is ridiculous. I asking them for my money back ASAP like I deposited to them… be careful they stole your money… I will do a small claim if they don’t returned my money back. They abused people in necessity. I spoke with Xitlaly and she was really rude. Erika doesn’t answered me again. She hides from me. BE CAREFUL THEY STOLE YOUR MONEY. Don’t loose your money with this kind of company. Now you explain to excuse you. You stole money for many people. I did this comment to advise people. Also your people are rude and unprofessional. You took many applications at the same time! Obviously to get more money is ridiculous… we qualified you know that…

This review is long overdo. Xitlali was our realtor over for over a year in an extremely competitive market. Every step of the way she guided us and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured to go with something that we didn’t originally have on our wish list. Her patience with me was heaven sent and being able to confide our fears about home buying with her helped tremendously. She is detail oriented, professional and has great follow up. I’m happy we were able to purchase a home with Xitlali’s help and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares. Thank you!!
