I listed my home with Gold Peach Reality based on meeting Nicole three years ago. She impressed me with her knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm. I wanted someone to sell my home that would help me with all stages of the sale and listing, including excellent photographs, advice on how to make the home sale ready, and anything I could do as the homeowner to make the home more attractive to buyers. I have owned over 30 homes and Gold Peach Realty is absolutely the best real estate company that I’ve ever dealt with. The home was listed and put on the market quickly and sold within a short period of time at a price I had hoped for. I have dealt with realtors in the past that would ask me my advice.and ask me what they should do. What a great experience working With Nicole Van den Bergh and her team.
