This was my U-Haul drop off location. I called early in the day, it sounded like a young gentleman answered the phone promptly, unfortunately I don't remember who I spoke with, and he was helpful with his instructions on where to leave the 6x12 covered trailer for after hours. He was professional and informative. From pick up to drop off, I had a very good experience all around.

I had a great experience with the U haul dealer. I had a quick turn around and they worked with me to get the right equipment and the right truck.

They were able to do this even though I was new to this process and they worked to make a quick turn around work. I could not recommend them more. Their service was 5 star to say the least.

Don’t get your uhaul here!!! I tried to avoid it and book somewhere with great reviews but my reservation got kicked here. They weren’t even open on my reservation day and left everything in a lock box with no information about it. They also removed the dolly from our order without notifying us. So I had to use the uhaul app to get the truck and through their own issues, it ended up not being possible. A waste of time. They need to fix this or remove themselves as an option from uhaul.

Loved it! Got a nice clean truck at the last minute with friendly and professional customer service. Located right in town in Dahlonega and we didn’t have to go to Dawsonville or Gainesville to get a truck. Helpful and friendly service. Will use again. Highly recommend.
