Never did audits, refused to follow corporate by-laws and State law, very disrespectful and should not be licensed to do business in Arizona, threatened Shareholders who would dare ask him any questions, this comes from a personal experience with the owners, especially when it comes to corporate financial statements. I would give zero stars but it won't let me post if I don't give at least one.

Absolute worst people to deal with. Abandoned our community in June with zero notice. In the months leading up to it let everything go to hell. Pool was turned green with zero maintenance. The grounds were left a complete mess. Hot water was turned off to the entire community and they did absolutely nothing to repair or notify anybody about it. But you better believe they kept on collecting dues and suing those that refused to pay for the zero work we were receiving in return. Any voice messages or emails went unanswered. Everybody stay away from this horrible excuse for a company. No reason they should be in charge of anything. Total crooks.

Super unprofessional, they were the HOA for My condominiums and then just up and quit being our HOA, now there’s so many problems happening in my complex. That is apparently nobody’s problem to deal with all thanks to this company. They claim that they sent out a 40 day notice to let all of us residents know that they were quitting from their job, I did not receive any notice at all. Now nobody knows who the new HOA is and they don’t seem to give correct information at all. This company sucks highly recommend not doing any work with them at all.

So sorry i cannot give 0 stars. They simply ignore me and my valid complaints. They do not follow our By-laws and rules and regulations which promotes a toxic environment in our HOA. They are part of ths problem and not the solution should be their company slogan.

For some reason they refuse to send me payment certificates so I never know how much I owe and when. It's starting to feel like a scam, because they are trying to trick me into having a late payment! I have requested payment certificates over 10 times. Very frustrating

As the monthly fees go up, less is done in the subdivision. The "retaining pond" hasn't been maintained in a year. Weeds galore. Lots of garbage in the retaining pond and in the ditches next to pool area. And the streets are horrendous. Before GNC, we had a real landscaping company, the streets were kept up and the weeds. Those subdivision has turned into a dump

This company does not respond to phone calls or email promptly or sometimes not at all. The community areas at Window Rock are in bad shape. I do not like giving this company my hard earned money.
