I originally went to a “ big box” realtor company which didn’t go well at all . I had family and friends that recommended GMFS Mortgage and strongly advised me to call or go in person and see what my options were. This was the best advice! I met John and Lindsey and instantly felt the commitment to my loan and best interest. Lindsey worked fast and thoroughly throughout the whole process. I love GMFS! Mr. Peterson and Lindsay were both efficient and dedicated every step of the way. Any questions I had they always responded within the same day, whether by phone call or email. I appreciate Mr.Peterson so much because he did not give up on me, this process was long, finding the perfect home for my family.
