Not only are they on time with excellent reports, but they also have good relationships with our tenants. Anita in accounting is always happy to send info speedily. I’ve never been so disrespected and terrorized in my life! I’ve had to lease a property with Gm property for the past 5 years. Marcy is the manager for my contract and of the office apparently because there’s no body else available to help us with this situation. She has been terrible, she’s terrorizing us out of the property we have now. She is texting us almost everyday from March wanting us out of the property. Our lease ends in July and we are not leaving because we are allowed to continue renting but she won’t allow it. We even told her we are willing to pay double our rent now until we find a new place but she wants us to pay 300% from our original monthly payment and give her 6 months deposit?!!!! She is clearly trying to kick us out. The property was for sale and she won’t sell it to us!!! It’s leading us to thinks it’s personal issues and not a professional one. We are a small business that is owned by people of color in a predominantly white neighborhood. It’s leading me to think it’s gentrification! We need help from someone that is not Marcy NOW! Have the day you deserve Marcy.

Dustin Wheelan was awesome to work with. He helped me lease a new space for my business, and made everything smooth and easy. He was great with communication which many real estate agents don’t seem to be.
