Seth & the crew at GLS are excellent at Pond Work, Drainage, & Grading! They transformed a silted-in neglected Pond with a weak Dam structure... into a deeper Recreational fish pond with strategic features that will ensure the health / longevity of the Aquatic life, along with preventative features like a Silt catchment area upstream before it enters the Pond, a wider cored Dam with proper overflow pipe plus Spillway, and gentlely graded slopes for safety if someone falls in and needs to swim out. Safety & Maintenance per paramount... Seth addressed all these concerns plus educated me on many extra considerations I hadn't thought of. Excellent man of integrity, I highly recommend him for any service he offers!

Highly recommend. Seth is very knowledgeable and did a great job demoing and filling in my old pool and grading out my entire backyard. Yard looks great and drains properly. Great to work with, excellent communication, fair pricing, and work product exceeded expectations.

Seth has done several projects on our property. The largest being a dam repair where there was extensive damage from heavy rains overflowing, beaver and otter damage. We've had serious down pours since then and the dam has held up and I expect it to hold for years and years to come. He's installed drainage systems to carry water away from areas that tend to flood and he's done grading for an above ground pool for us. Each time, Seth is a pleasure to work with, very honest, very clear on the work that will be performed and upfront about his costs. If you want to hire someone that has high integrity and work ethic, this is who you need to choose.

Wow! Seth was great to work with! I had a load of crushed asphalt delivered to my property. Seth had me an estimate that was more than fair shortly after I talked to him! Georgia Land Specialists Inc. is the best! The owner Seth Dyke had to fix major damage that was done to my land by another land clearing company!! There was so much work to do like digging out unburned stumps left in 5 very large burn pits and removing stumps left behind in the ground by the other company and re-grading the land. It looks like a brand new place!! Seth you are a blessing!! I could never pay you what you are worth! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank You!!
