If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. We bought the second house to be built in the neighbor hood and the nightmare started. The preferred lender is the worst we have ever used in our multiple home buying experiences. The builder is boarder line malicious in the non care of its building sites. Our driveway and garage is stained because of the amount of mud that we drove through everyday. The trash that is not attended to is disgusting. We went two months without a mail box key and no one could help us from the post office because the builder dropped the ball on our addresses. The fit and finish of the homes are less than builder grade... We signed our contract in Dec... we also started a professional lawn service provider but by May and June myself and the company noticed that the sod was not viable and would not come to life. We also had more weeds than grass in all locations. This cost us more a $1000 in treatments to find out. We filed a warranty and they denied it because we signed of on it in Dec... Well grass is dormant during that time of year and there was no way of knowing that the sod was dead and not just dormant. Every time we have reached out for help about anything we have gotten lies and the run around.
