I have had a great experience with GPM. I have used them for the past year and can’t speak highly enough of their clear communication, attention to detail, and management skills. They’ve made the process of finding a tenant easy and understanding. GPM made sure the tenants were throughly screened and handled the entire process from A to Z. Can’t recommend them enough. Update after almost a year living at an apartment managed by GPM: Really pleased with how responsive and professional they are when it comes to maintenance requests! Never had a property manager who was this quick with sending out professionals to fix issues that come up. Just wanted to pass this info along because I think it’s important!

This is regarding the Experience I had with GPM regarding a unit that I viewed. I scheduled the showing to view the unit after I viewed the unit, I was very interested in renting it out the minute I viewed it. I have been emailing back-and-forth responding to the automated emails you receive after you view a unit. Tried calling multiple times wanted to know how to How to proceed with the paperwork for renting the unit I never got a response back at all from Edwin, which I recall him being the one responsible for this particular Unit. Yesterday I went back to see that the unit was taken off the list. I don’t understand how people can be so unprofessional at least reply to an email so I don’t sit here and wait thinking that I will be filling out paperwork and I’m not looking for another apartment . You can email atleast email back letting me know that you rented the apartment to someone else, but didn’t even give me a chance to fill out an application after I viewed the unit. I just don’t understand if someone is already in the process of renting the unit why do you schedule for me to view the unit and then rent it out to someone else .
