Get Approved Mortgage was the greatest. Edward, from the Rockford office, did above and beyond what I expected. If you are in need of a home loan, I strongly suggest contacting him. He walked me through it all, got me the loan with a decent rate, and was even there after the closing was complete to make sure I had no other questions. I loved that they had more lending options, as opposed to my local bank. Again, I strongly recommend Edward with Get Approved Mortgage.

We had a difficult time getting approved for a loan, we were even denied by a different company. I had lost hope. My husband contacted Get approved Mortgage and talked to Edward and told him our situation. Edward immediately started working on our mortgage loan application. We were told what we needed to fix. I spoke to Sarkes about 4 months ago. I was looking to get a mortgage but my credit score was low I had a charge off plus other issues- No one would touch me. He worked with me, fought for me and I just closed on my house today!! This guy is no BS. If he CAN'T do it he will tell you and tell you what to fix. He will fight with underwriting to get it done. He called me everyday with an update or just to see how I was doing on my end. He is a great guy, hard working and will be 100% honest. Give him a call ... you have nothing to lose. Sarkas And his team really changed my life for the better for a variety of reasons I got myself into a deep hole I never thought I could dig myself out of I’m a single parent and a soul wage earner and was getting sick and losing sleep over this.

I have personally witnessed Sarkes get families into a home when everyone else said it was impossoble. He has helped hundreds of families out of really tight situations.
