Apparently my previous review disappeared. I find that a little odd, but just so it’s here and believe me it’s warranted:

Learn from me: DO NOT use this business if you value a quality product and a man that will stand behind his company and his work. Almost a year ago we had our retaining wall blow out after many issues with it never being built correctly. We were reassured and told many times by Brandon that he stands behind his work and he’d make it right. After MONTHS (5 to be exact) of being ghosted and no response, we finally got some response and thought he was going to make it right. Now here we are 7 months later and we’re worse off than before. He did work to try and fix it but has left us with a torn up yard and a porch that could collapse due to eroding soil. And the only way I’ve heard from him since September is by posting negative reviews. Please take this warning don’t go there with this company. It will cost me almost as much to fix it now as the original wall and EVERY company points to the pour design in what he’s attempted to do, so just don’t. Go with a more reputable company. Save the headache.

We would 100% recommend Brandon and his team (we already have actually, and a neighbor has hired them). Brandon and his team were wonderful to work with. We had originally hired them back in Nov 2023 to build a fence and add some sod in part of our backyard. We were happy with their work on that project so we decided to get a quote on a larger project in our backyard that included a new concrete pad for a storage shed, a concrete pad and a roof pitch, a large paver patio and a new walkway connecting our driveway to the new concrete pad in the backyard. Throughout the big project Brandon was very communicative. He answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Any concerns we had along the way they either already had solutions for or were discussed pretty much right away and a solution was figured out. They are all very respectful and you can tell they truly love their job and want all their clients to be happy. They also gave creative ideas on different aspects of the project which we really appreciated. We’ve had friends, family, and neighbors over who have loved our new backyard. Brandon and his team really delivered our dream space and we are so incredibly thankful for them! Working with them over the course of our two projects I can say Brandon is a man of his word and you won’t be disappointed hiring him and his team. We look forward to working with them on future projects! Thank you again for everything!

Oh where do I begin,,,

I have been a close personal friend of this man and family for over a decade and this is what was done to my home!!!! I hired them for a full roof replacement, front porch tear down and rebuild along with a privacy fence and yard clear out.

HE AND HIS CREW HAVE CREATED MORE DAMAGE!

I paid in full in July, yes july!!! He was notified that the roof was leaking in September with a video as well.As a picture with some of my sealing , laying in the bathtub. He tried.
To blame it on the hurricane. Really they just botched my roof completely!!! No ridge cap. No drip edge on half of the house and where it is installed it's done wrong! They rebuilt my porch on top of 40 YESR OLD FRAME WHERE ITS ROTTEN AT THE BOTTOM!
I had to have my roof tarped on my own as he has never come back out to look or address any concerns! He only answered my texts after blasting him on Facebook live feed and bad google review! Still has not been out. My ceiling is wrecked where there had been no previous issues and old water damage (that was old and dry) is now covered with mold! I cannot believe he would just leave me high and dry!

He only cares about the money and could care less about the bs work that was done. There is still a deep freezer in my back yard they never came back and got! He has been ignoring my messages.

IT TOOK A WEEK OR TWO TO GET MY GRANDSONS STOLEN TRICYCLE BACK AFTER SOMEONE ON THE CREW WENT INTO MY SHED AND STOLE IT!

Save yourself the trouble and use someone else because if they do a bad job they will not make it right!

I had a tree fall in my back yard which took out my fence. Georgia’s Best Property Management was the first ones I called. They took care of the tree, fence, sod, and drainage issues which made my yard look better than it did before. They care about the quality and timeliness of their work and most importantly, they care about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor when you need ANY type of work to your home and call Brandon at Georgia's Best Property Management!

We bought our home in 2021 knowing the back deck was going to need to be replaced. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted for an new back yard retreat. We worked with Brandon and David to get the perfect back deck. We went from a smaller deck that was falling apart to a much larger deck that half the portion is screened in. David and his grandson worked every day 7am till 4pm. Any issues we had they met with immediate response. We couldn't of asked for better customer service as they stand behind their word. Something you rarely find these days. They gave my wife and I a great spot to retreat to after a stressful week. Cannot thank them enough!
They made an always stressful purchase a breeze. Honest, great price, and superb customer service.

Brandon and his team literally worked a whole miracle on my yard! My drainage issues were horrendous. Despite a years worth of back and forth with my builder and the county, the builder “fix” did not fix the drainage issues and I was unable to use my yard the way I would have liked for years until GA’s Best Property Management came to the rescue! I literally could not walk on one side of my house without soaking my shoes for several days to a week after we had a huge down pour. I legitimately had a little pond in my yard. I cannot thank GA’s Best enough for fixing my yard! My son and dog can now run and play to their hearts content! Brandon and his crew are punctual and their work speaks volumes for itself! Brandon also explained everything step by step and sent pictures throughout the progression of the work! If you want your drainage issues fixed once and for all, BRANDON AND GA’s BEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ARE THE CREW FOR THE JOB!

I have known this family for over a decade and when I needed work done, I called. The main project was my roof. I asked if they did roofs and he said yes....it is butchered!¡!!! Leaking everywhere, no drip edge and more. He has known about it since the hurricane, roof was done in July. I'll try to add the picture of the center cap of my roof. They just laid the slotted shingles end to end and put nails on each side and smeared tar on top! As well as his guys stole my grandsons tricycle that I have texts of having to get it back. He reads my messages and just ignores me. My roof is leaking in places ot didn't before and he just left me hanging. I spent holidays with them. It's crazy.

Jan 4th 2025 update....had to have someone else come and tarp my roof....still ignoring my messages. This is unbelievable! Even told me he would have is guys out this week! More lies. If you love the work and your stuff isn't leaking lucky you! But if you have an issue....he will just pretend you aren't there! Avoids calls, and messages. Even had a contractor come and note everything and sent to him and nothing. Please use anyone else.

Awesome job by Brandon and his team. Went above and beyond and walk me through every step of the way. He was on top of this project the whole way and we couldn’t be happier with our patio, fire pit and drainage. I highly recommend Georgia’s Best Property Management.
