I'm I took my class here. Both locations are far from me like about an hour if there is no traffic but more than an hour if there is a 10mins traffic

Tammy Brooks was my instructor and she was really great. Totally enjoyed her class and explained material, what's most important, and gave working scenarios of applying the material all very well. Would definitely recommend her classes. In class is better than on line if you can.

The short story is that no one answers the phone and the online courses come with poor instructions.
Long version:
After I completed my online course there were no instructions as to how I could take the final exam. You would think that on the last page there would be something directing you to the exam registration, or an email with further information. After some time digging around the website I finally stumbled upon some instructions only to find that when I followed them exactly, I still couldn't register. I emailed the school and got no response, so I left a message the next day and luckily someone called me back within a few hours. I was told that I had to contact the school to let them know I was finished with the course in order to register for the final. There is nothing in the course material or registration email that tells you this, you just have to figure it out.
The next problem I have is with the final exam schedule. I'm not sure if this is due to covid restrictions or what but the earliest date I could get was 2 months out. This isn't my first time getting licensed (I let it lapse years ago when I got married and stayed home with my kids) and I don't remember the process taking this long. I believe I was able to take my final within a week or two of completing the course, while the material was still fresh in my memory. It's just really inconvenient.
The third and final issue still hasn't been resolved, and that is for the "free" cram course that is included in your course fee. In order to attend for free you have to call the office to register. Well, I've been calling every day for a week and no one answers the phone or returns messages. If hours have changed or there is no one there it should say so on the website or voicemail. It's unprofessional.
Overall I wouldn't recommend this school. There are plenty of real estate schools that are operating in person with communicative, competent people.

I had to take a test recently. The school is always the same. Monica, the office manager is helpful. Classes are virtual, but tests are in person. Professional environment. They are still practicing covid safety protocols, which is great considering many businesses have taken a relaxed approach.

What a joke. I understood going in that real estate tests were hard, that's why I chose this school. However, after taking the Online and Cram course, I realize they were only after my money. Neither course prepared me for the final exam, which had questions that barely appeared in the material and were not reflective of the practice exams used to prepare me. All we did for 2 days at the cram course was take practice exams and review them. They did not use their own outline nor provide key info like formulas. I would recommend you go elsewhere for your training.

The training material, the final course training scheduling options and test taking process all TRASH! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! This place is setup to keep you spending money. Oh and the test are on scantron sheets which I don’t trust. Use The CE shop which is up to date on training material and testing done online. They actually care about you successfully passing the course/exams.

I had a wonderful experience at the GA MLS institute while taking my GA real estate sales person pre licensing course. I was able to experience the teaching styles of both Mr. Rowland and Ms.Tammy Brooks. Both instructors were, thorough focused on test taking tips and strategies and content specific to the licensing exam. Mr. Rowland had fun and helpful memory hooks to reiterate content in a creative manner. Ms. Brooks is AMAZING at teaching the math content, and agency! She also does a great job of sharing real life stories,and experiences that encourage you to foster the mindset and practices of a successful Realtor. I would highly recommend her for the Practical course. I was able to pass my exam after my 1st try, and I know that is greatly attributed to the instructors at the GA MLS institute.

Hi guys, unfortunately I did not pass the second portion of the class. BUT! With the teaching style of Paul Cross, I passed on the first try. I highly recommend taking Cross for all class sections. He gives real relatable examples, and gets straight to the point. He is also hilarious, but in a professional way. He will not bore you 🙂
