Leah had shown me multiple properties over the last two years, but my requirements for a lot were not easy to find. 2 years, multiple trips to Jasper/Ellijay, and many conversations about the amazing Georgian Highlands community, she found one! Leah could not have done anymore for me as a client, she went above and beyond when it came to communication and making sure I had all the necessary information on each property she brought to the table. She managed to find “The One” and it was definitely that. Leah brought a property that checked off every box a buyer could possibly have for a mountain lot. We had an offer in within two days, accepted within another two, and closed a little over two weeks from that. Again, I can not express how well Leah kept me up to speed on every possible thing that needed to be done to secure the property (mostly a lot of paperwork) and when the offer was accepted she sent a detailed itinerary for the final steps. I can’t express my gratitude through a review but I am deeply thankful I had Leah guiding me on my first land purchase. Thank you again Leah for all of your hard work, it was an absolute pleasure!

We contacted Leah to list our land in Ellijay, GA. She listened to our previous experience with listing the property, provided recommendations, and listened to our input. She provided excellent photos to include aerial drone photos which highlighted the views. Less than a week after the listing went live we had a contract in hand for our full asking price. Leah knows the market, and she knows the community. She kept us informed every step of the way to closing. Fantastic experience!
