I'd like to shout Marcy Berger, SVP @ Gelt Financial. As a Broker, often times there are situations where a Hard Money or outside of the box solution is needed. My Client had a lot of nonrefundable on the line, a challenging Seller situation and no recourse if the deal fell apart.
