Heriberto and his team made buying a house such an easy process with no issues at all. Just finished our home purchase. Heriberto helped us so much!!! Few months ago our prior mortgage broker had told us all we qualified for was $180k 30% down. She said sorry too much debt. We felt totally dismissed. Heriberto helped us worked day and night and got us 310k 10% down! Conventional !!!!! He did everything in a matter of three weeks. Also in my prior home sale he appraised my home and it sold in a matter of 2 weeks. Thank you so much. Me and my husband got the house of our dreams thanks to you !!! Will recommend.

En el mes de mayo comenzamos dialogar con varios agentes y brokers, fue una muy mala experiencia ya que todos te dicen si y cuando ven que pueden pasar un poco de trabajo se olvidan de ti e inclusive te dejan de llamar al punto que en el mes de julio me arrepenti y decidi finalizar el proceso y esperar al proximo año. En el mes de agosto hablando con un amigo me refirio a Heriberto Santiago y GDM, fue totalmente diferente, desde el primer momento que comenzamos a dialogar el me brindo muchas alternativas. Lo mas que me sorprendio es que al próximo día me llamo con un plan de trabajo y dispuesto a comenzar el proceso lo cual ninguno de los anteriores lo hizo.
