While I cannot speak to Gateway Properties, I can speak about Jenise. Jenise is a fantastic human and I would not recommend anyone else! While we are not first time home buyers, we are first time home buyers in CA, and so we had a few more technical questions which she could not have been more knowledgeable on. She seemed to know how to pace herself through the entire, "race" known as buying a home, and she was able to have enough energy to help advocate us to the best of her ability through the very end which was helpful when we were exhausted!

While we wanted to close on a home, we dont want to be stuck with a lemon and she made sure to help us triple check everything was sound and we knew what we were getting into, and nothing was hidden in order to just get us to close.

We've worked with other realtors in the past and we will definitely both work with her again if we do end up buying a new home in the future as well as recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is light years better than the realtors we have worked with in the past and is a true professional coming to advocate for her clients rather than just someone to help sign paperwork. She also had a presentation at the beginning and as a visual learner, having something I can quickly refer back to, instead of searching through a million email in my inbox for the answer at 10 PM was a huge help to my mental state through the process.

To say it lightly Jenise was Phenomenal. Buying a house while not being in the same state is stressful, but having Jenise as our buyers agent was completely stress free. She kept us in the loop every step of the way with super clear information, answered any questions we had and if she couldn't answer them found someone who could within the same day! We closed over two major holidays and she made sure everything was on time so there were no delays. She made multiple trips out to our house (which is a decent drive for her) to make sure inspections were completed and took videos so we knew what was happening. If you like stressin don't pick Jenise cause you 100% will NOT be stressed buying a house with her
