Jack and his amazing team at Gateway Mortgage are truly superheroes. We contacted him in the late afternoon on a Friday with only 2 weeks till closing (and over Thanksgiving,) to see if he could help us out of a bind with our previous mortgage company. Jack and his team hit the ground running and worked tirelessly to ensure we could close on time. They were incredibly responsive, efficient, kind and courteous, knowledgeable, and got the job done. My review is long overdue! Several months ago, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the Gateway Mortgage Team thanks to my awesome realtor Kayla at Coldwell Banker. This recent home purchase was not my first rodeo. So, I am pretty familiar with how the process usually goes. However, this home loan experience was different from all the rest. This Gateway Mortgage Team was amazing! From the minute I spoke with Jack Little who made me feel comfortable at the onset of this process to introducing me to his son, Mike Little, who kept the process flowing, this TEAM showed hands-down why they are the best. They made what can become an overwhelming experience an experience that was totally supportable. Any questions that I had, Mike was right there to answer. He even went in depth with some of his responses which brought some insight to some things I did not know even being a “seasoned” home buyer. I was always kept abreast of the process via emails, phone calls, text messages, and even videos. Yes, videos! I loved the videos, the creative technology that was attached to the emails and used to further involve and equip you in the process. Whether it was Mike, Jack, Jaclyn or Nicky that I communicated with, they were all so professional, supportive, and just kind during this process. The process went so smoothly in which I know does not always happen for home buyers, but the Gateway Team is just good at what they do. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone!
