so far so good with gatekeeper! my family recently moved into one of the properties right after the holidays. everything from scheduling tours, to signing the lease was extremely smooth! the ladies at the office are always available and email communication with Donna is absolutely amazing! I love great communication and they absolutely have that at Gatekeeper! We are very happy with the home and look forward to growing our family here.

They are very professional at what they do, my experience they are really good at property management. The only issue I had was when there is a problem with the property I was getting Emails and calls to start with but in the last year I was not getting the calls or emails. It was showing up in the statement but no prior calls or emails. Overall it was a good experience I just decided to take care of my rental Myself.

Upon move in, dishwasher had significant mold in areas not easily visible during walk through.

Heat went out during a cold snap, and I had to threaten to vacate before someone came out to fix it. It was 48 degrees inside the house.

Had a similar issue with a mold spot on the wall that I wanted inspected.

Took 25+ days to return my security deposit.

Tried to add a bogus $75 dollar cleaning charge 20+ days after I moved out.

I have been in my place for four months now. The staff still maintains excellent response times. I had an issue with an appliance and submitted a maintenance request online. The office scheduled the repair and it was fixed the next day. I highly recommend Gatekeeper Properties!
